Chai tea or Masala Chai is black tea with spices according to Indian tradition. It is served with sugar and milk. Chai tea is enjoying a growing fan community because it clearly stands out from the black tea that we typically know. The spices, the milk and the sugar give the whole a particularly aromatic and sweet taste.
Preparation: Bring 100 ml of water and 100 ml of milk to a boil. Put 1 teaspoon of chai tea in a cup, pour the water-milk mixture over it and let it steep for 5 minutes. Strain and sweeten as needed. A delicious treat even without milk!
