Bonanza Cabernet Sauvignon
Produced by acclaimed winemaker Chuck Wagner, owner and maker of Caymus Vineyards, Bonanza calls back to the great time when wine was meant to be enjoyed often and with food without pressure to cellar and mature.
This wine is non-vintage which is not a new wine making technique by any means, but not a common one either. Made in batches of Cabernet Sauvignon spanning several years, adding depth and complexity to a wine that would otherwise need time to mature to that profile. Sourced from all over California to blend everything our state has to offer, this wine boasts notes of dark blackberry, black plum, mocha, vanilla and allspice, wrapped together in fine silky tannins.
Pair with roast vegetables such as Brussel sprouts, potatoes, eggplant or grilled veal, wild boar, or a nice cut of steak.
