Cocktails
1 oz Finest Alpine Gin
1/2 oz Simple Sugar
1/2 oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
Ayala Champagne Brut Majeur
Lemon Twist for a Garnish
Combine gin, simple syrup and lemon juice in a cocktail strainer filled with ice.
Shake well to chill ingredients and strain into a champagne flute.
Top with sparkling wine and garnish with a twist of lemon. Serve immediately.
Tips: You can switch out the lemon juice with Elderflower or Wild Rose Liqueur!
