• 100 ml Don Carlos Extra Virgin Olive Oil

• 50 ml Vinagre Viejo de Montilla

• 1 medium cucumber, sliced

• 1 small white onion, sliced

• 2 tomatoes, quartered

• 1/2 cup feta cheese

• A tablespoon of VIOLAS' Feta Cheese Seasoning
