Directions
Thinly slice the radishes. Spread the herbed butter on the slices of toasted bread, top with the radishes and a sprinkle of sea salt. Arrange artfully on a platter. Serve at room temperature.
Herbed Butter: Combine the Cafe de Paris Spice Mix with the butter in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment on low speed until combined. Do not whip.
